Refund Policy: HitDM

Paid HitDM plans are billed through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles checkout, taxes, invoices, and refund payouts.

• 14-day refund, no questions. If you're not happy within 14 days of a purchase, email hello@hitdm.com or use the Dodo Payments receipt link, and we'll refund you in full.
• Subscriptions: cancel anytime from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date.
• Free plan usage (including free DM allowance) is not a paid purchase and is not refundable.
• Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up.
• We may refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example repeated purchase-and-refund).
